Vitamins and Supplements

DISCLAIMER: I am not a doctor, trainer, or any other kind of professional in regards to a ketogenic diet. Everything you read below is based on my personal research and opinions. I’m not going to spend a lot of time on this except to say you should definitely be taking some vitamins.  While on the keto diet it is not always easy to get everything in so consult with your doctor and develop a plan to ensure you’re getting what you need.  I personally did not take a multivitamin but instead opted to take specific vitamins.  Again, discuss this with your doctor. I also added collagen to my daily supplements simply because I knew it would be good for my skin.  And let’s face it.  With over 100 pounds to lose, my skin was going to need all the help it could get.
