I have always loved BBQ pizza and BBQ chicken is one of my favorites. I don't know why it never occurred to me to try to make it on my own but it finally did! So I made it today. One of the great things about this recipe is you can truly tweak it however you like to suit your own tastes. I used a mesquite grilled chicken but you can literally use whatever kind of chicken you wanted to... rotisserie, canned, boiled and shredded, whatever. I also used a sugar free BBQ sauce which helped keep calories and carbs within reason. I used as little as I could without sacrificing flavor but feel free to add more if you like!
