I missed spaghetti over pasta but no more! I found a great homemade pasta recipe which you can see
here. So now I'll be making all my favorite pasta dishes with them and will be happily blogging about each one! First up is spaghetti! Is it as good as regular spaghetti? No, not really. BUT it's really pretty good! Definitely fills the void! I will be making it again. I made the sauce and two servings of the noodles. I'll freeze the leftover sauce and make the noodles fresh when I want spaghetti again.

Spaghetti over Homemade Pasta |
Low Carb Spaghetti |
Makes 4 servings |
Ingredients: |
1 lb | Ground Chuck |
1 Tbsp | Onion |
1 tsp | Minced garlic |
1/2 Cup | Rao's Homemade Tomato Basil Sauce |
8 servings | Egg Noodles |
2 Tbsp | Grated Parmesan, separated |
Instructions: |
Brown ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is cooked. |
Add 1/2 Cup sauce. |
Serve 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce over 2 servings of noodles. |
Top each portion with 1/2 Tbsp grated Parmesan. |
